The Gratitude Box is made here in the studio and features a slide-out drawer with over 30 different gratitude prompts to serve as daily reminders throughout the month.
This concept came to me when I was struggling to find gratitude in things because I would overthink them. Having the freedom to randomly choose a token and work through those emotions has become such a big part of my morning practice and I’m so excited to share it with you!
