Here is a quick breakdown of my healing process using the analogy of “gardening” for reference. This is the foundation of intuitive living.

  • Week 1: Identify the weeds
  • Week 2: Rip out the weeds
  • Week 3: Fertilize and plant new seeds
  • Week 4: Water your Spiritual Garden
  • Week 5: Manifest + Integrate the fruits of your labor

Wherever you are at, know that during this Self Discovery Bootcamp- we have all the community, art therapy and tools you will need to jumpstart your healing from an intuitive perspective.

PHASE ONE: Self Discovery


For PHASE ONE we are going to focus on completing your:

  • Emotional Inventory list
  • and filling out at least one Gratitude Sun.

When you have become familiar with those layouts, go through everything you’ve written down and try to find:

  • one “light”
  • and one “dark” aspect of your thoughts, emotions, fears, manifestations.
  • Make a list.

After you have identified that “light and dark” aspect, head over to the Self Discovery Group Chat on Telegram and share what you learned this week about yourself.

THE EMOTIONAL SPIRAL SCALE

In the first week we will focus on your emotional intelligence. If this terminology is new to you, no worries, it is a new way of channeling bottled up anxiety and pain and delivering it through verbiage.

PHASE TWO: Self Discovery


For PHASE TWO we are going to focus on completing your:

  • In Your Control
  • and filling out at least If I Wasn’t Afraid I Would

When you have become familiar with those layouts, go through everything you’ve written down and try to find:

  • one past memory you wish you could change.
  • a current situation you can change.

After you have identified those aspects, head over to the Self Discovery Group Chat on Telegram and share what you learned this week about yourself with the group.

CHAKRA ASCENSION

The 4-Agreements
  1. Be impeccable with your word.
  2. Don’t take things personally.
  3. Don’t make assumptions.
  4. Do your best.

IN YOUR CONTROL

In this exercise we will use Cognitive Behavior and Creative Art Therapy to visualize, document and pivot from “the things we can’t control” in our current situations.

STEP 1

Place your hand down on a piece of paper and trace around your hand.

**fingernails / details (optional)

STEP 2

Use the inside tracing of your hand to list all the things in your current situation  or life that you “DO” have control of.

STEP 3

Use the outside space of your hand tracing to list all the things in your current situation  or life that you “DO NOT” have control of.

STEP 4

Use color to create an “aura” around your hand. This serves as a visual reminder of our willpower.

What color did you choose? What does this color reflect in the Chakra spectrum?

STEP 5

Remind yourself – you are not defined by the things in/outside of your control.

Start where you are, not where you think you should be.

PHASE THREE: Self Discovery


For PHASE THREE we are going to focus on completing your:

  • Let it Go – Art Therapy Practice
  • Live in the Solution – CBT
  • The Ripple Effect (give yourself time with this exercise to process your past)

Utilize the Self Discovery Group Chat on Telegram and share what you learned this week about yourself.


Let it Go is how you begin to make room to plant seeds in your garden.

Live in the Solution will help you figure out the best way to feed your garden.

The Ripple Effect will help you see the patterns that repeat and could potentially ruin your garden.

THE RIPPLE EFFECT

STEP 1

Identify the “boulders” in your life that have created a pivot point to where you are now.

STEP 2

Begin to tap into your awareness of specific timelines that you notice could be reappearing as patterns.

STEP 3

Identify the significant events in the closest timeline that may cause a ripple effect in your healing.

STEP 4

Choose main goals to focus on in this next season of growth.

STEP 5

Use the sun in the horizon as a reflection of yourself, the goals you are reaching and the process it takes to achieve it. Take some time to fill in the rays of sun with “I AM” statements to help you subconsciously tap into your higher purpose.

PHASE FOUR: Self Discovery


For PHASE FOUR we are going to focus on completing:

  • Cognitive Thought Bubbles – CBT Practice
  • The Mirror Test – Art Therapy + CBT

When you have become familiar with those layouts, go through everything you’ve written down and find:

  • a mantra you can use to help you let go of your ego-mind.
  • identify an aspect of yourself you would never change.
