DID YOU KNOW?!? – that we have the power to SELF-heal through various intuitive acts, such as journaling, lighting a candle, practicing gratitude, drinking pure water, eating foods of the earth, etc.
Each practice is organic to each practitioner (you) – this intuitive processes as a way to cultivate and nourish the life you desire to live. Everyone has their own unique practice.
THE TRAUMA HACKING APPROACH
Trauma hacking is the art of looking at your traumatic experience from a different perspective.
As a Certified Cognitive Behavior and Art Therapy mentor, and a learning and practicing healer, I see trauma hacking through a blended lens of Western and Eastern medical practices and create tools and layouts to help connect the dots.
My focus is to blur the lines on “healing” and show you that you have the power to heal within you.
The Life Book is a practical method of transport down that path to self-discovery and rewriting the narratives we’ve grown to believe true. We have the power to manifest, heal and cultivate a healthy lifestyle- so long as we follow our faith.
